Reminicent of the traditional industrial style shoe trolley shelf, this 3 tier shelf will be handy for many uses.The very solid construction and the open shelving gives it an industrial quality, the original vibrant but worn blue colour a sense of time gone by.
A multitude of strengthening slats and battens point to a use in utilitarian or workshop use, although the overall appearance is also decorative.
The timber is tactile and well preserved, wax polished to a gentle sheen, where it shows through the paint.
